Distributed listings and instant transfer service now available to all domain name owners.
Sedo has opened its SedoMLS program to all customers. The beta was previously only available for large customers.
SedoMLS is similar to AfternicDLS, which lets you syndicate your domain listings to multiple registrars. When the domain sells, it is instantly transferred to the new buyer. All domain names must be listed at a fixed price to qualify.
In order to use the service your domain name must be registered at a participating registrar. Unfortunately, it’s not clear which registrars are participating at this point. I can’t find a list, and Sedo’s promotion of the service and FAQ basically says you need to try adding your domain to find out if your registrar is participating yet. The list of “Premium Partners” here does not represent fully integrated partners. I tried a domain registered at Moniker and it is not supported.
Although reach may not be as good as Afternic (or Go Daddy’s Premium Listings), the program does support more ccTLDs including .co, .de, .nl, .it, .ch, .li, .ws, and .me.

Here’s the reply I got from Sedo.
“At present, SedoMLS is still in the beta phase. This means that although some registrars are on the list, not all registrars are fully integrated.
We are currently working with Moniker and hope that SedoMLS will be available to all Moniker customers in the near future. Please keep checking in your account as we cant provide an exact date.”

I tried a Moniker domain yesterday as well and it didn’t work…
I was thinking…. why put Moniker in the list on Sedo and then have a message that states “Registrar not supported” after you try to list it. #Fail
Also to note.. DOUBLE the commission using the MLS @ 20%

Good news, but Sedo need to get the technology working properly across the board first.
